1.無法

I can't help you. 我無法幫你

2.情不自禁(不自覺的) can't help + Ving

I can't help falling in love with you. 我情不自禁愛上你

3.忍不住；不禁；不得不(想禁止自己做某是，但辦不到) can't help but + V

This story is so toching. I can't help but cry. 這個故事太感人了。我不禁流下眼淚。
